This course is presented face-to-face over one full day. Usual start/finish times are 9.00am - 4.00pm, but this is subject to change. The maximum number of attendees in this course is capped at 15. This keeps the atmosphere intimate and interactive, ensuring that all participants get the most out of the material offered by our passionate teaching staff.

Course Structure

Module 1:

Back to Nature - An exercise used to centre ourselves and connect with the environment around us. This also forms a basis of planning for classroom activities.

Module 2:

Classroom Planning Workshop - A collaborative session with your peers where we focus on finding ways to maximise bringing culture into curriculum.

Module 3:

STRENGTH - Introduction and explanation of a program written for students which focuses on building their identity through culture. Participants who complete this course will now be equipped to become effective in the delivery of STRENGTH in their schools, and will be given their own copy of the program.
